The generic does the same job as the branded version — same active ingredient, held to the same standard — for a fraction of the price. Leading with the branded drug and marking it up several times over is common in this category. We think that is the wrong way round, so we put the generic first and let you choose from there.

Is the generic as good as the branded version?
Yes. A generic has the same active ingredient at the same strength, and has to meet the same regulatory standard as the branded product. The main difference is the price, which is why we put it first rather than the marked-up branded version.
Are there hidden fees at checkout?
No. There is no consultation fee, no delivery charge, and no "from £X" that becomes more once you have entered your details. The clinician review is included. The ladder above is the whole of it.
Can I pause or stop?
Yes. A plan is something you run on your own terms, so you can pause a daily plan or stop reordering whenever you like. Your record stays in place, so picking it back up later does not mean starting from scratch. How it works covers the ongoing side in more detail.
