The offering

Two ways to manage it, one review that checks the fit.

A daily plan for fewer outbreaks over time, a rescue pack ready at home for when one starts, and a clinician review that is always included. You can hold one or both.

01

Daily plan

Taken every day. Over time it means fewer outbreaks, and it lowers the risk of passing it on to a partner — it does not remove that risk. Generic-first, reviewed with a clinician.

£29 / 3 months · illustrative

02

Rescue pack

A short course kept at home, ready for when an outbreak starts — so you are not waiting on a delivery at the worst moment. Suits people who get outbreaks now and then rather than often.

£15 / course · illustrative

03

Clinician review

Included with either plan. A real clinician checks the plan is right for you, and stays in the loop as it continues. If it is not right for you, we will say so.

Which one suits which situation.

The clinician review is where the fit gets decided — this table is a starting point, not a diagnosis.

Plan What it is for Who it tends to suit Illustrative price
Daily plan Reducing how often outbreaks happen, and lowering the risk of passing it on — without removing that risk. Frequent or predictable outbreaks, or wanting to lower transmission risk to a partner. £29 / 3 months
Rescue pack A course on hand to manage an outbreak the moment it starts. Occasional outbreaks, and preferring to act only when one appears. £15 / course
Clinician review Checking the plan is right for you, and staying in the loop as it continues. Everyone — it is included with either plan, not an add-on. £0 included
